I was the architectural manager on this beautiful project, a residential neighborhood on the pristine coastline north of Nahariya offering a rare opportunity to live by the sea, with a breathtaking blue horizon visible from every window.

The neighborhood consists of 745 apartments spread over 5, 9-floor residential buildings with various 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses.

My responsibilities included:

• Management, planning, and architectural coordination of project interiors.

• Overseeing the project from the concept stage to handover to the client.

• Ensuring the construction was carried out according to the client’s specifications.

• Coordinating the installation of the unit’s fixtures and fittings, including flooring, electrics, kitchen, and bathroom, with suppliers, contractors, and project consultants.

• Calculating the costs for customization projects, preparing invoices for clients, and setting the payment schedule.
