This project consisted of 56 beautifully designed villas on a cliff overlooking the blue sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Israel. This unique, prestigious, and exclusive neighborhood was designed by the super architect Ilan Pivko.

My responsibilities on this exclusive project included:

• Management, planning, and architectural coordination of project interiors.

• Overseeing the project from the concept stage to handover to the client.

• Ensuring the construction was carried out according to the client’s specifications.

• Coordinating the installation of the unit’s fixtures and fittings, including flooring, electrics, kitchen, and bathroom, with suppliers, contractors, and project consultants.

• Calculating the costs for customization projects, preparing invoices for clients, and setting the payment schedule.
