Viagem owns and operates holidays apartments across the US East Coast.

Working remotely using 3D simulations, I designed over 200 apartments. For each apartment, I began with a sketch, and then provided a detailed design plan, from layout and furniture placement to accessories and finishing touches. Each plan deliverable also included a local shopping list.
