VENTURI COMPANY OFFICES, SINGAPORE
This remarkable project is situated within a three-story shophouse, a conservation building, located on one of the trendiest streets in Singapore.
The design and planning were undertaken for an investment company. On the first floor, we created a welcoming reception area, a stylish drinks bar, an impressive meeting room for potential clients, a serene coffee room for private discussions, and a charming balcony.
Moving up to the second floor, we designed a modern open space office, complete with office workstations, a meeting room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room corner.
On the third floor, we dedicated a tranquil yoga room, specially crafted for the well-being of our employees.
Throughout this project, we faced the challenging task of renovating the building's facade to preserve its historic character.
